Elias Vitalino

Elias Rodrigues dos Santos, his name of baptism, is son of Severino Pereira dos Santos, was born on 20 July 1960. He adopted the style invented by his grandfather. One of his most outstanding works shows his grandfather leaving an aircraft with his famous Band of Pipers [Pifaros].
